Madhur Chhabra is a legal specialist in media law and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of public and private company clients in his practice area, and aids them in contract formation, negotiations, business formations, and both domestic and international mergers & acquisitions.
He studied BBA-LLB with a specialization in Corporate and International law from The North Cap University. During his studies, Madhur interned at several Tier-1 firms and has tailored his legal education and work experience for the practice of law.
Madhur is an active member of Young Mumbai Center for International Arbitration (Young MCIA) and was the President of Center for IPR & Technology, NCU School of Law and Head of his law school’s Moot Court Committee. Madhur served as an adjudicator in the British Parliamentary Debate held at RV College, Bangalore 2015 and has participated in a multitude of other competitions.
